These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AscendOS (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AscendOS provides a business operating system, including scorecards, quarterly goals, structured meetings, issue tracking, accountability tools, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Each company's data is isolated and secured with row-level security, and is not visible to other companies.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees on each renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
All sales are final. AscendOS does not provide refunds, credits, or proration for any payment, on any plan, under any circumstances.
This includes, without limitation, partial subscription periods, unused time, accidental purchases, failure to cancel before a renewal, or dissatisfaction with the Service. By purchasing a plan, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable. If you wish to stop being charged, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other companies, interfere with the Service's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AscendOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
