Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective October 9, 2026
This policy describes the published AscendOS billing terms for purchases made directly through AscendOS. It should be read with our Terms of Service. If an individual signed agreement or mandatory law provides different rights, those rights take precedence.
Subscriptions
Business monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. You can request cancellation through Account → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid billing period. Unused time is not normally prorated or refunded.
One-time and lifetime purchases
Lifetime Business core access is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Specialty add-ons and optional services are separate purchases. One-time purchases are generally final once confirmed, subject to applicable law and any written terms provided at purchase.
Refund requests and exceptions
AscendOS does not ordinarily offer discretionary refunds for unused subscriptions, mistaken purchases, dissatisfaction, or missed cancellation dates. However, this policy does not restrict rights required by applicable law. Contact support for duplicate charges, incorrect billing, unauthorized transactions, or a service not provided as described. We review each request against the transaction records, the applicable agreement, and legal requirements. Refunds are not guaranteed and, when approved, are returned through the payment provider.
How to request help
Use the AscendOS Contact page and include the billing email, company name, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not submit full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Disputes
If a charge looks unfamiliar, contact support promptly so we can investigate. You retain any rights to dispute charges through your payment provider or card issuer. Dispute decisions and response deadlines are controlled by the relevant provider and network, not by this policy.
This page states AscendOS policy as reflected in the existing Terms and billing flows; business-owner/legal review is recommended before relying on it as final legal wording.
